Responsibilities

• Workflow Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage advanced n8n workflows connecting multiple platforms, databases, and APIs.
• AI Integration: API connect Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into workflows for document parsing, legal data extraction, and automated decision-routing.
• API Management: Establish secure connections using Azure Graph, REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and OAuth2 with Legal and IT SaaS products.
• Custom Logic: Write specialized logic using JavaScript/TypeScript to process complex data payloads or interact with unique internal APIs.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all automations adhere to strict data privacy regulations, maintaining secure handling of sensitive legal and IT data.
• System Maintenance: Monitor workflow execution logs, troubleshoot errors, optimize API call limits, and maintain high availability of the automation instance.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-level workflows in n8n.
• Strong proficiency in Scripting for writing functions and data transformations.
• Deep understanding of API architectures, JSON, HTTP requests, and secure authentication methods.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs into functional business processes.
• Strict adherence to data security best practices and compliance standards relevant to IT and Legal sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting, databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with specific LegalTech platforms or IT Service Management systems.
• Background in managing self-hosted n8n environment.
